It is a community-driven question and answer (Q&A) website  created by Pinoy R.N.  that allows users to both submit questions to be answered and answer questions asked by other users.

The idea behind the website is anchored on the concept of ‘bayanihan‘ which refers to a spirit of communal unity or effort to achieve a particular objective.
